Soft Part: molded polyurethane foam (FPPU) with a density of 45-60 kg/m3 with integrated molded polypropylene foam of high strength TPA – cast.

Toxicity Group of Combustion Products T3 according to GOST 12.1.044.

Upholstery:

• Fabric: “Jacquard”, surface density of 355 g/m2, thickness – 2.6mm. It complies with the following standards: B3 (GOST 12.1.044), D2, T3 (GOST 12.1.044), WP3 (GOST 51032). It is possible to apply flame retardant (in compliance with B2 standards, inflammable materials according to GOST R50810)
• Eco leather: high quality synthetic leather.

Upholstery tripling is with foam layer of 1-3 mm and with foam-positive base. Such method allows making the seat and the backrest by pouring the foam directly into the upholstery placed in the matrix without the use of glue. Simultaneously we integrate molded polypropylene frame of high strength into the foam.

Sides: TPA – molded polypropylene frame of high strength equipped with polypropylene patches textured as “shagreen”, optionally – close fitting of the patches.

Armrests:

• Standard, TPA-molded polypropylene, with the texture imitating solid wood
• Theatrical with cup holder, TPA-molded polypropylene, with the texture of “shagreen”

Back protection: TPA-molded polypropylene of no less than 2mm thick, “shagreen” texture. There is a shaped pattern in the form of three rectangular recesses and Robustino inscription. The upper part has an oval plastic window for the number plates.

Seat protection: TPA-molded polypropylene of no less than 2mm thick, “shagreen” texture. There is a shaped pattern in the form of trapezoid, sound-absorbing perforation and Robustino inscription.

Swivel mechanism: spring, steel.
